Getting Completed Work Merged into Trunk

Hi Folks,

As most of you already know there are several vendor branches in the
project that are created to implement new features but not yet merged into
the trunk. For example there are three completed gsoc projects in three
separate branches. Even though all three implementations are complete they
have not been merged into the trunk.

I would like to contribute to this task and get this done under the
guidance of projects PMC with the help of anyone who is interested. It
would be really great if the original authors of those feature
implementations can support this task.
