SSL session resumption plan

Hi all,

    We have complete a solution for TS-718(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-718), but it can only works on single server.

    Now, we are planning to use the http cache to store ssl session cache and let session resumption can works for all the servers in a cluster.  Our plan describes in here (https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TS/SSLSessionResumption).

    Looking forward your advice.
