   If source data in kafka,data is distributed in different partitions.
   Users expect ```replace semantics``` to take effect within a certain time window even all the time, the way which keeps replace in a load batch can not works.
   I think a better way is that user add a timestamp column for every row.,Then doris replace column by timestamp.
   User can set a ```global replace``` or a ```time window``` replace.
