FF fails silently, Seamonkey brings up an Errormessage instead of the "Dowlnoad
Terminated" from WIN Quickstart Bar.

My Directory with Downloaded files
I tested download by click to default download folder and rightclick to my
prepared folder, seems to be no difference.
Seems not file related, "_nl" first failed, second attempt (click ->
downloadfolder) successful.

Download of (most ?) WIN language packs from above mentioned location fails
with error message similar "Failed to save because of unknown reason".
I see the same problem with FF and Seamonkey.
Result is that I see the languagepack.exe.part file with exactly expected size
(for example Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.0_Win_x86_langpack_eu.exe with 12.289.445
bytes, exactly the same as .exe with successful dwonload), but it will not be
saved as .exe. The created .exe will have 0 bytes.
Download from
<http://people.apache.org/~jsc/developer-snapshots/snapshot/windows/> works
without problems.
I did not check systematically until now whether all Languagepacks are affected

I cannot confirm the problems. I download full install de, langpack en-us, SDK,
langpack de, all with Seamonkey 2.24 on Windows 7.
Do browsers resume broken downloads automatically?

(a) Same problem with complete installation files.
(b) Sometimes it works, mostly not, with Seamonkey 2.24 and FF 27.0.1.
(c) Currently I can't tell whether problem is related to file or
accidentally appears.
(d) No Problem with IE
