Building APR on win32

Does anyone know how to build APR on win32 with ldap support?  On Unix you
can use:
./configure --with-ldap --with-ldap-include=<ldapdir>/include --with-ldap-li
b=<ldapdir>/lib
I'm trying to figure out how to accomplish the same thing on NT4.  If anyone
could give me some pointers, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks in
advance.
