   server = new XMPPServer(serverName);
   server.addEndpoint(endpoint);
   server.start();
   endpoint.getFilterChainBuilder().addFirst("custom", new MyCustomFilter());
   ```
   Always throw a NPE because the field `filterChainBuilder` in `TCPEndpoint` is never written.
