How to incorporate Tomcat with Apache server

Hi,
    I've been trying to incorporate Tomcat with Apache
but it is not working.I want to know what are the
steps I should follow to incorporate Tomcat with
Apache.
My software is as follows:

OS->Windows-nt-4.0
JDK->1.3
Tomcat->3.2.1
Apache->1.3.14
