   希望串行执行流程，在全局参数上加一个属性，如果master线程上调度一个流程实例，判断当前这个流程定义下的实例包括RUNNING_EXEUTION,WAITTING_THREAD,WAITTING_DEPEND的状态个数，如果存在择不调度。请问这样改可以嘛？
