[ANN] Apache Maven Install Plugin 4.0.0-beta-2 Released

The Apache Maven team is pleased to announce the release of the Apache
Maven Install Plugin, version 4.0.0-beta-2

This plugin is used during the install phase to add artifact(s) to the
local repository.

You should specify the version in your project's plugin configuration:

<plugin>
  <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
  <artifactId>maven-install-plugin</artifactId>
  <version>4.0.0-beta-2</version>
</plugin>
