SQL definition and session API design of new function

Currently, we are discussing the implementation of aligned time series [1] and device template [2].

I designed related SQLs and session APIs in [3].

The document also pointed out some functions to be supported, which will be implemented in the near future.

I will try and start to design the MManager module which is affected by these two functions.
