Not sure if this is correct way to go, CustRequestItem has status and it is link with Requirement. Business may want to keep this data on how many request item get cancelled and/or approved and for many other reasons. Screen should be exists in the systems from where user can change the status of item, on which further actions can be taken. -1 form my side for this change.
