    Description:     (was: for we can do backup /restore using snapshot ,incremental backup and commitlog backup for less RPO , we want the incremental backup with timestamp when flush finished ,so that the commitlog archived with the timestamp before the flush timestamp will not be backup, in this way less log will be backup ,and less overlapping data will occurs.)
