[GSoC 2020] Apache Camel - OAI-PMH Proposal draft

Hi all.


Firstly, I really hope that all of you and your loved ones are fine and
this awful pandemic situation ends soon. Secondly, I have created an google
docs document with my proposal for an OAI-PMH component for Apache Camel
considering all the thing that we discussed in the mailing list [1]. Please
give it a look if you have time, I would really appreciate your feedback.

Hi

Thanks for your all comments on my proposal, they really helped me to
polish it. I have sent the final document to GSoC, however,  if you have
more ideas or suggestions I can update my proposal until the day 31.
