Yes. Do it with due consideration. (I raised Bayes_99 to 5.0, for
example. At this location that is as sure an indication of spam as
I have present on the system. A score lower than Bayes_90, as out
of the box, seemed stupid. Bayes_99 fires on 0.08% of ham and 84.7%
of spam. Whitelist rules handle the chronically spammy Bayes rules
for the once a week or two mailings that look like spam but are not.
I also have a few good ham indicators with modestly low scores (they
are only good not great) which bring scores downwards so that missed
scores are very rare here. Quite often Bayes_99 is the only rule that
triggers, too.)

All you need is a
score BAYES_XX n.n
substituting reasonable values for XX and n.n
