I tried to find that in the developers list but couldn't find it.  
I'd be happy to get what you have now, and will be surprised if 
there aren't others who'd like to use it (whether nicely packaged 
into a library or not).

I've made a coupled of components that enables inclusion of style sheets 
and inline styles. The two components AddStyle and IncludeStyle are very 
easy to use. I submitted a RFC (AddStyle and IncludeStyle CSS inclusion 
components) to the developer list almost a month ago, since my solution 
requires a minor (backwards-compatible) modification of the Shell class, 
but I have received no answers.

Additionally, I've been very busy lately, so I haven't had time to 
create proper documentation for the components. It shouldn't take long, 
really, and most developers should be able to use them right away anyway.

If you're willing to use a modified Shell component, though, you can use 
my components - you can just override the normal Shell component via 
your .application file.

Please let me know if I should submit what I have at the moment, and if 
there's a demand I'll create some simple documentation and wrap the 
whole thing in a library.

Ideally something like this should just be put in the framework itself! 
It's such commonly asked for components that I just can't believe 
nothing has been done yet.
