[jira] [Created] (QPID-7296) Use connection property to show determine if message delay is supported or not

Keith Wall created QPID-7296:
--------------------------------

Summary: Use connection property to show determine if message delay is supported or not
                 Key: QPID-7296
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-7296
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Java Broker
            Reporter: Keith Wall
             Fix For: qpid-java-6.1

QPID-7255 introduced support of message delays. To make the feature more useful/usable, the following additions are identified:

# Make the Broker provide a connection property that reveals that it supports the notValidBefore feature. Make clients detect this feature and warn if the application tries to make use of the address options.
# Extend the Queue UI to allow {{holdOnPublishEnabled}} to be enabled when creating or updating a queue.
# Reveal through the UI when a Queue Entry is held.
# Make the Message content UI treat {{NotValidBefore}} as a date/time.
