Command for cvs checkout?

Hello alltogether,

can someone please tell me how i can get the cvs download with cvsgrab?

I use the command:

cvsgrab -rootUrl http://cvs.apache.org -packagePath ws-fx/wss4j/ -proxyHost
proxy.xx.xx.de -proxyPort 80
