Two more documentation corrections

I have attached diffs to two subtasks of stdcxx-391 Class Reference and
User Guide out of date  :
	stdcxx-574 Correct UG intro sections to eliminate Rogue
Wave-specific information
	stdcxx-505 Update the Acknowledgments page

These represent a bit more cleanup, to list committers to stdcxx rather
than RW development, and to correct RW-specific info in the intros, such
as paths that applied to RW installations but not to stdcxx.
