[RESULT] [VOTE] TLP Resolution for XMLBeans

The vote has closed.  

- There was unanimous support (9 +1s) for the attached 
resolution to be submitted to the Board for the 
formation of the XMLBeans project.

- The following people will make up the initial group of 
XMLBeans PMC members:

 Cliff Schmidt 
 Eric Vasilik
 Davanum Srinivas
 David Remy
 Ken Kress
 Cezar Andrei
 Dutta Satadip
 David Waite
 Ted Leung

- I was the only one nominated as the initial chair of 
the PMC (thanks for the confidence).

I will insert these names into the resolution and send it
now to the Board for their consideration, pending the final
result of the incubator-general list vote for XMLBeans to 
graduate from incubation.
