   The size of the temp workspace required by deconv Backward() should be the max needed by the two kernels employed by this operation, namely cudnnConvolutionForward() and cudnnConvolutionBackwardFilter().  Includes some code cleanup to both conv and deconv operators to prevent similar errors from reappearing.
