[patch] Enable text in banner if no logo defined

Hi,

The title pretty much saids it all. A patch to add projects name in the banner 
if the project has not defined a logo. If you have a lot of projects it is a 
PITA to define LOGOs for them all. You can disable this by setting the 
property "maven.xdoc.includeTitleInBanner" to "no". I had added entry to 
xdocs/properties.xml aswell. 

Anything missing?
