In creating the MiNiFi C++ Docker image, the source is copied to docker/minificppsource in the project root.  This directory is appropriately in gitignore, but can cause issues should files be removed from tracking as they will not get cleaned up.

One option is to clean this directory from within CMake or another is to build the docker image out of the build directory.
