[Issue 125768] Main Section Headers in help are not in Turkish in Turkish version of AOO

We are looking for volunteers to help translating. We use Pootle for
translations. See

If you know some English, you too can help translating.

Of cause it is a "bug", but in the state of 37% translated it is unconducive to
write issue reports for each missing part. Simple translate it; and then write
an issue that you have translated further and wish an update of the help in the
next release.
