Stuck job

Hi,

I used to be able to kill stuck jobs, but it looks like a new CI has
more strict permission. Can someone kill this job which hangs 3 days
now?

Yeah, with projects only having access to their own jobs folder, committers
in those projects can not start/stop
jobs of other projects
