conspiracy theory (or what happened to the committer faq)

Hi,

I was reading the www.apache.org/dev new committers' faq last night and
then clicked on a link and suddenly when I came back....404.... It had
Vanished! Because I could not believe my eyes I double checked and the
search engine verified that I had not imagined it...it used to be there!
Where would be the best place to file a missing pages report? Does
anyone know what happened to it?

Thanks!

Andy

OOpps. I discovered a great new bug in Mozilla! Apparently it can
report "not found" when what it means is "I lost the cached copy".

Shutting down and restarting my browser solved my problem...

How embarrassing.. .

Thanks,
