I did not remember who told me in the first place, long before, to group the
fractional part like that. But how, others is questioning about my grouping of
the fractional part like that. I searched for support / evidence for the
appropriateness in grouping the fractional part but had a hard time finding any
site discussing about this issue. Eventually, I was led by my search, to here.
As a person who always only does what others tell me -- I am stuck.
