Redundancy in JetSpeed

Hi,
 
Is it possible to use redundant databases in JetSpeed. I have two Oracle
8.1.7 database servers setup as replication servers. I am storing the
PSML in the database also. When one of them goes down I want JetSpeed to
connect to the next database automatically. Is this possible?
