Mike Drob commented on YETUS-557:
---------------------------------
Hi, I have a patch that I would like to contribute for this, I'm not sure I understand the relationship between this issue and YETUS-1133 or which one I should be posting to. I have attached [^YETUS-557.00.patch] for review.
Do I need to hit "Submit Patch" to indicate that it is ready? https://yetus.apache.org/contribute/ does not mention that, but it seems important.

> It looks like there is a newer API available for building Javadoc doclets. This might help remove our dependency on tools.jar.
