    Resolution: Fixed

Committed config change to trunk and branch and rebuilt public AMIs. 

Any scripts out there in 0.20.3 installs will automatically pick up the new public AMIs. 

Any 0.20.3 users who built private images will have to modify contrib/ec2/bin/hbase-ec2-env.sh to pick up the change and rebuild their AMIs. Sorry.
