getDister() method

Hi, There:

I get one question about xml digest.

For IBM XML Parser 2.0.15. There have a class com.IBM.xml.parser.Child, which have a method byte[] getDigest(). This method will Returns the digest value for this Node. If no digest value currently exists, calculate and store it.

Is there anybody know in any current version of xml parser have a similar method?

any help will be highly appreciated.
