   ## Current Behavior
   [Documentation](http://docs.couchdb.org/en/2.2.0/config/replicator.html) says: `In version 2.2, the session plugin is considered experimental and is not enabled by default.` 
   
   As explicited in #1550 #1561 this is not the case, the session plugin is actually enabled by default.
   
   ## Possible Solutions
   - Remove the note.
   - Modify the note to highlight that the new plugin will break replication with endpoints using `require_valid_user` until a fix is found.
