Just an FYI I ran into this bug again.

> Made a new project and did, cordova serve. The result was nothing. No error, no message, just nothing. I then remembered I needed to add a platform. When I did, and then ran cordova serve, it worked. Without a platform, cordova serve should output a message stating that at least one platform is needed.
