[I] [Bug]: various issues going from 2.16 to 2.18 like failing over transform connected to error hop and complaining about 'Could not read from file' while there is no file read needed (hop)

   We changed from 2.16 to 2.18 (2.17 also had a bug that prevented us from using it) and now we get weird errors in unchanged and previously working pipelines. One is that a pipeline is complaining "Unable to read file" and then a location that is a directory. No idea why it gives this error, as in 2.16 everythin worked fine.
   
   Another pipeline even refused to open since it complained about a dummy transform connected to a Table Output transform through an error hop. I had to open the XML with a text editor and remove that transform manually for Hop to open the pipeline.
   
   Who else has similar issues?

   Sorry for the slow reply. As we are running daily ETL's, we reversed to Hop 2.16. We just put Hop 2.18 back and this is the log of a workflow that basically runs, but still shows error lines in the beginnging. I hope this helps. We are looking for more errors.

   Hi @Invisi-bi, there are several known issues with 2.18.0, and we're working on a patch release. 
   Can you provide more detailed error/problem descriptions and stack traces so we can pinpoint and fix the issues that haven't already been fixed?
