[Bug 5315] New: sa-update doesn't find new rules

sa-update doesn't find new rules. When I run sa-update, it says:

"dbg: channel: current version is 497158, new version is 497158, skipping 
channel."

But when I check "http://spamassassin.kluge.net/updates/",
I can find 4 newer updates there:

499315.tar.gz
499703.tar.gz 
500186.tar.gz 
500762.tar.gz 

I tried it on  Linux (SA 3.1.7), and on Windows (Sa-proxy 3.1.7) too. None of 
them did work!
Why it can't find and download new rules???????
