This bug is fixed within the SI_IDE branch. The nmaven-settings.xml file now handles checking the sdkInstallRoot for executables.

However, some of these plugins, such as xsd and wsdl, are located under the Visual Studio directory installation directory: C:\Program Files\Microsoft.NET\SDK\v2.0\Bin. Need a way (probably in nmaven-settings.xml file) to get a list of directories to check for executables. This does not affect Mono since the all the executables (xsd, csc, etc) are under the same root. Work-Around: place the executable directory on the path.
