managed resources and SolrJ

Hi,

we are looking into using manged resources for synonyms via the 
ManagedSynonymGraphFilterFactory. It seems like there is no SolrJ API 
for that. I would be especially interested in one via the 
CloudSolrClient. I found

Is there a better solution?
