bug in code-quality/landscape check for PRs

Hi guys,
    I found the *code-quality/landscape* check keeps on failing for some
PRs with no actual problems. Examples are like
https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/pull/1926 (my PR) and
https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/pull/1933.

    The reason is there's a bug in landscape.io as reported here
https://github.com/landscapeio/landscape-issues/issues/260

    Is this a known issue? I bet it's quite bothering for all contributors.
