Also unify the system property which is used to configure the buffer strategy to pickup as default.

So far {{johnzon.global-char-provider.strateg}} and {{org.apache.johnzon.buffer-strategy}} are being used.
We should only use the later. The constant is already defined in {{AbstractJsonFactory#BUFFER_STRATEGY}}
