[VOTE][Go] Release Apache Arrow Go 18.5.2 RC0
Hi,
I would like to propose the following release candidate (RC0) of
Apache Arrow Go version 18.5.2.
This release candidate is based on commit:
2de8b123a24f0e687fbfc590a0019c803037a076 [1]
The source release rc0 is hosted at [2].
This is not a permanent URL. If the RC is accepted, it will be moved to
the final release location. The SHA512 hash of the source tarball is:
86af9b166bbb1b7e8002412685b37abbc245aa7bef856f3999ece7627b541aaf547a0cde74cfc4134fc47a6419919c573ea130aba1a59e3a2629d598e6dd9920.
Please download, verify checksums and signatures, run the unit tests,
and vote on the release. See [3] for how to validate a release candidate.
The vote will be open for at least 72 hours.

Tested on Ubuntu 24.04/AMD64.
I've also tested with Debian 14 forky and have found the same
sanitizer issues we found on previous releases. This is not a blocker,
it's a known Go issue as discussed on previous voting threads.
