Does mina-core-2.0.7.jar supported by JAva 11 or not

Hi,

We are using mina-core-2.0.7.jar for one of our product.
We need confirmation on - Does above jar supported with JDK 11.

Could you please let us know on this?

I'm currently adding a Jenkins task to run MINA with Java 11 on Linux 
and Windows, so that we are sure  that any change we apply to the code 
base does work with this Java version.

Ravi, 2.0.7 is more than  6 years old, you should *really* switch to a 
more recent version (be it 2.0.21 or 2.1.2).

Hi Ravi,

MINA 2.0.7 suffers from
https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/DIRMINA/issues/DIRMINA-1088 which
is an incompatibility with Java 11.

This issue has been fixed in 2.0.20 and 2.1.0

Mina 2.0.7 is 6,5 years old. Two things:

- we haven't yet tested the latest MINA version with Java 11 (this is 
something we should do and will do)

- you certainly have to migrate to a recent version of MINA, tens of 
critical bugs have been fixed since 2.0.7 (the latest version is 
2.0.21and 2.1.2)
