.uno:Reload button - a glitch

Hi all,

While doing tests of the 4.1.11 version (on Windows 7 64-bit) I observed an
interesting glitch - kind of misplaced focus rectangle.
It occurs also in versions: 4.1.9 and 4.1.10.

OK, it is not visible on Ubuntu 16.04...

I can reproduce with all 3 documents on Ubuntu 18.04.5 x64
(added this info on bugzilla)

Yes, looks weird. Cannot reproduce on Ubuntu, it seems to be Windows only.

Since you can confirm it already in 4.1.9 I will adjust the issue
accordingly.
