   Created linux port and npl (nimble platform layer) adapter: task, sem, mutex, callout, eventq, etc.
   
   * Added unit tests for npl.
   * Mods to support pointer alignment on 64-bit architectures.
   * Fixes to ble_hci_sock to support linux port
   
   Tested advertising, scan response, connections and GATT database operations.
