    README.rst: Cleanup shields
    
    Backport to bst-1 of ec678a625195de6fc087cb2a0e5e62902a725e43 to avoid
    our PyPI front page showing a "Build: failed" badge at the top.
    
     * Replace obsolete Gitlab CI badge with Github ci.yml action for bst-1
       branch.
     * Remove obsolete Gitlab coverage shield
    
    I didn't add the "release/snapshot version" badges found in 'master'
    because these will soon show "2.0.0", risking total confusion!
