Missing document on indexing with Solr 4.0

Hi,

I've tried Solr4.0 release version with SolrCloud feature.
But some of documents are not properly indexed. Is this a bug of solr?

Steps to reproduce:
1) Make two solr instances running:
(Almost same with Example A in http://wiki.apache.org/solr/SolrCloud).
-------
  cp -r example example2
  # instance for 8985
  cd example/; java -Djetty.port=8985
-Dbootstrap_confdir=./solr/collection1/conf
-Dcollection.configName=myconf -DzkRun -DnumShards=2 -jar start.jar
  # instance for 8987
  cd example2/; java -Djetty.port=8987 -DzkHost=localhost:9985 -jar start.jar
-------

2) Then, put data via port 8985

  curl "http://localhost:8985/solr/update?commit=true" -H
'Content-type:text/csv; charset=utf-8' --data-binary @testdata.csv

File testdata.csv contains 4 documents in CSV format:
-----
id,time_dt,name_s,price_d
11111,2010-01-01T12:00:00.0Z,A1,1
11112,2010-02-02T12:00:00Z,A2,4
11113,2010-03-01T12:00:00:Z,A3,5
11114,2011-03-01T12:00:00:Z,A4,10
-----

When I run the curl command, Solr accepted the updates without problems.

3) Search documents with query "*:*"
  http://localhost:8985/solr/collection1/select?q=*%3A*&wt=xml

The search index contains only last 3 documents.
When I restart all solr instances, I was able to see all 4 documents.
What is wrong??

Best regards,
Shotaro
