   Testing done (verification done through log messages on the AM):
   1) Used samza-hello-samza to verify that the correct number of containers is used when using `GroupByContainerIds` as the task name grouper, which depends on the container mapping.
   2) Verified that preferred host got set when host affinity is enabled.
