When transforming a change-detection enabled table/view or altering its logical name, we need to re-export its schema to the external schema registry. This is because some of the changed metadata may affect how edits from the table or view are parsed in the CDC producer. 

Until this JIRA is done, online data format transforms should not be done on change detection enabled tables.
