[I] [Doc][Module Name] please put the .mvn/wrapper files and directories into docker containers [dolphinscheduler]

### Description
the docker-compose.yml creates docker containers, but they have no useful ".mvn/wrapper/*" files, so the command "/opt/dolphinscheduler/bin/install_plugsins.sh" doesn't work. please check and repair this mistake.
### Documentation Links
.mvn/wrapper doesn't exist in any docker container.
