Hello Kibaya,

Lets keep the ws-fx-dev mailing list in the loop on WSS4J related . 
Please make sure that the spelling is correct: use 
"WSConstants.WSSE_NS_OASIS_1_0" not "WSConstants.WSSE_NS-OASIS_1_0".
