The sandbox is the arena of debugging for most Mesos users. From an application- or framework-developer perspective, they need to know

- What it is
- Where it is
- How to use it, and how NOT to use it
- What Mesos writes here (fetcher etc.)
- Storage limits
- Lifecycle and garbage collection

This needs to be documented to help users get over the hump of learning to work with Mesos.
