I commented on this on the JIRA...just to replicate what I said here:

As part of the push to finalize Santuario as a TLP we (the PMC) decided to move
to use JIRA instead of bugzilla. Could you advise on whether it is possible to
automate this process, or whether we will have to transfer issues manually?

For the moment, I suggest changing the text to what Sebb suggested, i.e.:

Security: Santuario (previously XML Security Project)

I don't see the point in changing the project name when we are going to migrate
off bugzilla soon anyway.
